Caracal Enrichment Activities

Environmental

  1. Scattered logs and climbing limbs
  2. Patch of tall grass
  3. Platforms
  4. Moveable small dog house
  5. Empty splash pool covered with branches

Food

  1. Dead birds with feathers
  2. Dead day-old chicks
  3. Meat with fur
  4. Large bones hung from top of enclosure
  5. Bloodsicles with meat inside
  6. Large bloodsicle on rope, hung from bungee feeder
  7. Feeding meat on branches and platform
  8. Hiding meat in box
  9. Toilet paper roll with meat inside, covered with paper like party favour

Novel and Sensory

  1. Soft, rope and Kong toys
