Outreach
Cheetah Outreach is an education and
conservation-based facility that partners with
cheetah and other animal ambassadors to offer
a unique personal experience in order to raise
awareness and promote cheetah conservation.
We have a range of unique activities for you to
take part in or just meander your way around
our facility and spend some time watching our
various ambassador animals. All encounters
and experiences are undertaken according to
comprehensive safety protocols for both the
guests’ and animals’ welfare.
Please note: Activities are subject to animal
ambassador and staff availability, especially
during times of high demand. Where booking
required preferable to book at least 48 hours in
advance .You do not need to make a booking to
visit the facility.
We charge an entry fee of R10 per person on
the weekdays and R5 on the weekends.. We
have credit card facilities.
Guests will need to be appropriately dressed for
walking on grassy uneven ground. We
recommend comfortable walking shoes. Sun
block is recommended for the summer months.
Guests with mobility issues are requested to be
in touch with us well in advance so that we can
prepare a satisfactory interaction suitable to
their specific needs.
We are open from 10:00 to 17:00.

Cheetah Encounter
You will have the opportunity to be in close
proximity to one of our cheetahs and you may
have photos taken of you with the cat. Cheetah
Encounters are normally available from 10h00
to 13h00 and and 14h00 to 15h30. SUBJECT
TO AVAILABILITY
You can buy tickets at the gate. Groups of 10
or more can book Cheetah Encounters by

Special Cheetah Experience
Top Rated
Spend some quality time in our recreation
enclosure with one of our adult male cheetahs.
During this time, 20 minutes, our ambassador
will be off lead at times for a unique
photographic opportunity. You will be
accompanied by 2 handlers and back handlers
will be available to provide information.
R 750 per person. Minimum of two people.
Maximum of five people. Exclusive of entry.
Booking well in advance is essential. Children
under the age of 14 are not, unfortunately,
allowed to participate. Please be at
Cheetah Outreach at least 10 minutes
before your experience.
VIP Private Cheetah Encounter
For those who desire a far more exclusive and
intimate experience, we offer a VIP Private
Cheetah Encounter with an adult male
cheetah. Here we bring the cheetah to a
private area, and your group will be able to
spend some special time with the cheetah and
have their photos taken with him. You will have
the privilege of having the cheetah and his
handlers to yourselves for the best part of 30
minutes. Children of all ages are able to
participate.
Included is a private tour of the facility where
we explain our conservation programme and
introduce all our animals. Please be at the
facility 30 minutes early
Booking well in advance is essential. R4,400
per group (1-10 persons); R4 600 per group
(1-10 pax); R5,400 (11-30 pax). . Fully inclusive

Feeding Tour
The feeding tour offers the opportunity to
watch our small animals being fed their
afternoon meal. A guide provides information
about each animal. Often the meal is used as
an enrichment activity that encourages natural
behavior such as jumping
and climbing.
Feeding Tours take place at exactly 1530.
Please arrive by 1515 in order to enable us to
feed on time and pre- booking is
reccomended.
R50 per person /R30 per child (under 14)

General Tour Free with Entry
Subject to availability of tour guides
This tour is free with entry. This tour begins
with an introduction to our cheetah
conservation programme. After this your guide
will take you to view our animals which include
cheetahs, caracal, servals, jackal, meerkats,
bat-eared foxes, and Anatolian shepherd dogs.
Your guide will talk about each, its
characteristics, behavior, place in the
ecosystem and conservation. There will be
ample time for questions and discussion.
General Tours take place at 10:30, 11:30,
12:30, and 14:30. Tours generally last about 1
hour.
Photo Shoot.
An exclusive photographic session with one of
our cheetahs supervised by our experienced
handlers. It normally takes place in our large
recreational enclosure. The photo shoot can be
commercial or personal. Price R6,000 per hour
or part thereof.
