Jeanne
eanne was born 14 August, 2010, part of a litter of 14 puppies born to Mercedes and War Dance.    She is being raised at Cheetah Outreach to serve as an ambassador of the Anatolian Shepherd Guard Dog programme.  Her duties will include participating in fund-raising events and meeting school groups at the facility.  Jeanne was named after Jeanne Beryl Odd, who donated to Cheetah Outreach for 10 years and left Cheetah Outreach £10,000 after her death in 2010.
Massif
Massif was born 14 August, 2010, part of a litter of 14 puppies born to Mercedes and War Dance.  He worked as a guard dog on a farm in South Africa but when the farm was sold, the new owner did not want to keep him so he was returned to Cheetah Outreach, where he now serves as an ambassador of the Anatolian Shepherd Guard Dog programme.  He lives with his sister Jeanne at the facility where he greets the public.  War Dance’s spirit lives on in his son.
Dogs
Sherlock
Sherlock is three-quarters bloodhound and a quarter Doberman. He comes to us from Green Dogs Conservation in Limpopo with whom we are in partnership breeding Anatolian livestock guarding dogs for farms in South Africa. Sherlock has been trained as a tracking dog to track cheetahs; he does this mostly by detecting the scent left by cheetahs using cheetah tracks. This is different from a scat detection dog that will search an area for cheetah scat and only focus on this one type of scent by using airborne molecules. Sherlock is at Cheetah Outreach as an ambassador to demonstrate how a tracking dog works and to explain the value of these dogs in cheetah conservation. Thank you Annie Beckhelling for adopting Sherlock
Goblin
Thank you Donald Munro and Charlie Dale for adopting Goblin..
Juliet
Juliet was born at Cheetah Outreach on 5 May, 2015 to Garland and Morrison. She remained with Cheetah Outreach as an ambassador of the Anatolian Livestock Guarding Dog Programme, meeting the public in encounters and attending fund-raising events. In addition, raised alongside one of our cheetahs, Romeo, and sometimes accompanies him on walks.
